Harlingen Fashion Photographer / In High Cotton

Last week I had the privilege to photograph some very beautiful women wearing some amazing clothes.
In High Cotton is a new boutique in town and I just love everything they sell!!! It became my first place to go when I need something that makes me feel pretty and well dressed.
